KMAC ,is such a professional outfit for me. I not only learnt the art of mediation from experts in the field, I also learnt from a progressive researcher. This experience expanded my horizons of conflict resolution skills. I felt confident and I have been able to apply and even develop my skills further. In my opinion ,learning how to further develop the skills and adapt them to any dynamic has been my primary rooting cause for Kal Mediation and Arbitration Center. I highly recommend them for anyone who wishes to have a career in mediation.

Having been a big proponent of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms since my time in campus, I have never been that much into litigation despite being an advocate of the High court. Among other things, I learnt that mediation has a lot of benefits and as an advocate I wouldn't advice parties to rush to court before trying mediation or any other ADR mechanism.
